Conformance Status

This site is designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. Partially conformant means that most content meets the standard, while some content has not yet fully reached it.

Accessibility Features

• "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users.
• All interactive elements are reachable by keyboard; no keyboard traps.
• Clearly visible focus indicator.
• Page language is correctly declared via the HTML lang attribute; hreflang tags are provided for Turkish and English alternates.
• If you have OS-level "Reduce motion" enabled, auto-cycling content and animations are paused.
• Text-to-background contrast aims for a minimum 4.5:1 for normal text.

Known Limitations

We are still working on the following items: alternative-text audit of some decorative icons, full keyboard accessibility of third-party embeds (e.g. Google Maps), and richer guidance text on long-form error messages.

The site is built on HTML5, CSS3, ARIA and JavaScript. Accessibility is tested with NVDA + Firefox and VoiceOver + Safari combinations.

This statement was prepared in accordance with Türkiye Law 5378 on Persons with Disabilities and the related Accessibility Monitoring and Audit Regulation. The scope of the European Accessibility Act (EU 2019/882), enforceable from 28 June 2025, is also considered.
